Using this mobile locator will save the patient unnecessary X-ray radiation, which is currently being used in the ORs.
Recall Management on Instrument Level
By having accurate and real-time accessible information, the ORLocate™ system supports recalls on an instrument level deriving from suspected infections, maintenance repairs, etc. The instrument-level information enables the hospital administration to link a specific patient population with a unique instrument identified.
