Rubi Halberthal | Co-Founder, President & CEO
 
 
Mr. Halberthal is Haldor's co-founder, president & CEO, with over 25 years of experience in the fields of engineering, corporate management and financing, and dealing with innovative technologies. Mr. Halberthal holds a BSc in Mechanical Engineering from the Technion–Israel Institute of Technology.
 
Iris Shapira Yalon | CFO
 
 
Mrs. Shapira Yalon is a seasoned CFO with 17 years' experience holding a number of executive financial positions. She has extensive knowledge of the high tech industry, capital markets, dealing with start ups and fund-raising, VCs, investments, within publicly traded and multinational companies. Mrs. Shapira serves as a financial expert director in companieslisted on the Tel-Aviv Stock Exchange. She is a CPA and holds a BA in Accounting and Economics from Tel Aviv University, Israel.
 
Guy Dor | Manager, R&D
 
 
Haldor's technology development manager, Mr. Dor, is a senior IT manager with vast experience in software development and delivery, including system architecture, design, development, integration, implementation and deployment. Mr. Dor holds a B Tech degree in Software Engineering from Tel Aviv University, Israel.
 
Morr Avissara | Product Manager
 
 
Mr. Avissara serves as the ORLocate™  product manager. He is responsible for managing the system on time performance, cost effectiveness and functionality as well as its critical accessories, development road map, regulation processes and overall system readiness for deployment and marketing. He brings extensive experience in purchasing and commercial operations, and service-contract negotiations. He holds a track record in setting up strategic supply programs and effectively operating with a large number of business partners and suppliers worldwide. Mr. Avissara holds an MS in Management from Boston University and a BSc in Mechanical Engineering from Fairleigh Dickinson University in the United States.
 
Uzi Bar | Production Manager
 
 
Mr. Bar serves as Haldor's production manager, with experience in managerial roles, engineering and production at several start-ups. Prior to joining Haldor Advanced Technologies, he was engineering manager at AeroScout Ltd, a leading provider of unified Asset Visibility Solutions for healthcare, manufacturing and logistics environments that developed and manufactured Wi-Fi asset tracking systems. Mr. Bar holds a BSc in Electrical Engineering from Tel Aviv University and an MBA from the Polytechnic Institute of New York University in the United States.
 
Edna Bar-Ratson | Strategic Relations Manager
 
 
Mrs. Bar-Ratson serves as Haldor's strategic relations manager. She has a wealth of experience in health care both in Israel and in the United States. She is in charge of the relationship with institutions such as the Joint Commission, the AORN and others. Prior to joining Haldor Advanced Technologies, she worked in the US with Partners Healthcare Systems, Inc. and in Israel she led the first Joint Commission accredited hospital. Mrs. Bar-Ratson holds a MBA in Healthcare Business Administration from Brandeis University and an MSC in Industrial Engineering from the Technion–Israel Institute of Technology.
 
Angelica Khachaturov | Business Development Manager - Europe
 

 
Mrs. Khachaturov joined Haldor's team as business development manager for Europe. In her previous position she led the Medical Device and Health IT sector at The Israel Export and International Cooperation Institute. She served as an expert to the Israeli MedTech industry, and was in charge of promoting Israel’s Life Science industry abroad and facilitating business opportunities for the local industry. Angelica holds an MA in Political Science from UCLA. She specialized in European Studies at the Diplomatic Academy of Vienna and in International Marketing at ORT Singalovsky, Tel Aviv.
 
Ze'ev Briner | Quality Manager
 
 

Mr. Briner serves as Haldor's quality manager, with experience in Quality Management in the Aerospace industry and in the Medical Device industry. He is the lead person working with the notified body in Europe and with the FDA in the US. He is in charge of obtaining and sustaining all the required certifications, including CE and ISO 13485 certifications for the medical device systems, and AS9100 and NADCAP certifications for the aerospace systems. Mr. Briner holds a BSc in Mechanical Engineering from Tel Aviv University, Israel.
